Erin Henry, 23, was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Her love of cooking started with a summer job working in a small lunchroom in Albert County, New Brunswick. She attended St. Thomas University for two years and worked part time in various restaurants in Fredericton. Erin came to Holland College’s Culinary Arts program in April 2005, completed a six month internship at Gravetye Manor in West Sussex, England and graduated in October 2006. She is also a graduate of the Applied Degree in Culinary Operations. Erin is very happy and excited to be working with such an enthusiastic and talented team!
